What do I bring to my first appointment? Please bring your insurance card, drivers license, doctors prescription.
What can I expect during my first appointment? Arrive about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete your new patient paperwork. You will receive your comprehensive evaluation and treatment will be initiated.
What do I wear for my appointments? Comfortable clothes that allow access to your injured area. We have facilities available if you are arriving from work/school and need to change clothing.
How long will my appointments be? The first visit will be approximately one hour. Subsequent appointments will vary between 30-45 minutes.
How many times/week will my appointments be? The frequency varies with your condition. Most often people come for 2-3 appointments per week.
What days/times is the clinic open? We are open Monday thru Friday, most days as early as 7:00 AM. We schedule our last appointment at 6:00 PM, except on Tuesday, 4:00 PM.
Do you have a cancellation policy? What if I need to reschedule an appointment? We do not have any cancellation policies or expectations, however we do appreciate a call if you cannot attend an appointment. In order to progress through your physical therapy goals we encourage you keep your appointments.
Will I receive a reminder call or text before my appointment? Yes we can arrange for you to receive a phone call or text message 24 hours prior to your next appointment.
Do you accept my insurance? We are a part of many major commercial insurance networks.
What if I don’t have insurance? We can work with you on a plan that suits your needs.
Can I come for physical therapy after surgery? Yes, your surgeon will inform you of when it is appropriate for you to begin.
Do I need a doctor’s prescription? While you do not need a prescription to start therapy, if you would like your insurance to cover your costs a doctor’s prescription is necessary.

Orthopedic Spine and Sports Therapy accepts most major insurances. We do our best to obtain insurance verification information prior to your first appointment. If you are concerned about your coverage, we strongly encourage you to contact your carrier for specific details.
